Down trees on power lines.

Fallen Trees can cause

Roof Damage 

Snow and ice can cause significant damage to your gutters and roof. The additional weight of snow and ice can even cause a roof to collapse. When there’s a cold snap, water can get into cracks and small spaces and expand when it freezes, causing larger cracks and more damage. The repetition of freezing and thawing cycles can cause small cracks to get larger.

Down Power lines

This can make roads impassible and cause dangers to motorists. Be careful! The best thing you can do during storms like this is stay home and off the roads until the storm has died down Downed power lines can energize the ground up to 35 feet away. If you see a downed power line, immediately notify local authorities. Never drive over downed power lines or through water that is in contact with them. Never try to move a downed power line.
